Step 1: Thorough assessment
- Current situation
- What needs to be changed?
- What’s your current inventory?
- What are your three main priorities to keep?
Step 2: Elimination of barriers
- Fear
- Lack of understanding and knowledge
- Pride and ego
- Destructions: Noise, people, or things
Step 3: Action Plan
- Your road map
- Your directions or next steps
- Relate all your actions to the goal
Step 4: Do it!
- Do your action plan as written
- Eliminate all your barriers along the way
Example: Procrastination, excuses, or something that blocks you.
Step 5: Evaluate Results
- Is your expectation meet?
- Is the process easy or difficult?
- If difficult: what needs to be improved? Or what went downhill?
Step 6: Address gathered challenges
- Re=starting the process
- Eliminate the steps that didn’t work well and why?
- Process of refinement
